To practise EFT, you simply tap on the acupressure points while saying a statement about the negative emotion you are experiencing. For example, if you are feeling anxious, you might tap on the acupressure points while saying “I am feeling anxious.” As you tap, you focus on the negative emotion and allow yourself to feel it fully. After a few rounds of tapping, you should notice a reduction in the intensity of the negative emotion.
